Returns

We want you to love your Amara experience.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if a scent isn’t for you.
We strongly recommend reviewing our detailed fragrance descriptions before purchasing.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • Email: info@amaraparfums.com

  • Include your order number and a brief description (photos help speed things up!)

We’ll review your claim and, if eligible, provide return instructions.
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.


Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, except where the product is faulty.

  • Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are non-returnable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank may take a few extra days to clear it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please email us.
